Pricing
Our pricing is competitive and affordable, with various options available to fit your budget. Our smallest washers start at $6 and $18 for our biggest machines which hold a maximum of 27kg. For our dryers, it is $1 for 3 minutes, we recommend 30 minutes in order for the clothes to be ready to wear, this amounts to roughly $8 - $10. The capacity of our dryers range from 14kg to 20kg.
How long are you open?
Our services are open to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even on public holidays!
Will the dryers crease my clothes?
At Wash n Run our state-of-the-art dryers employ a dual-access rotation which decreases any chance of your clothing being creased. We can ensure you that after using our washers and dryers your clothing will be as good as new!
I tapped my card but the machine won't start.
In order for the machine to process payment you need to hold the card to the eftpos machine for a few seconds. In most cases, customers don't notice that they need to click next on the screen where there are options to choose temperature and other settings after payment. However, If the problem still persists, please call us at 0412 247 502 and our friendly customer service agents will assist you.
The washing machine looks dirty, what should i do?
Our facilities are deeply cleaned every day to ensure the highest sanitation. However, in such circumstances, we hold a feature that is a free wash that cleanses the washer drum. We added this useful feature that allows our customers to feel reassured that they are using the cleanest facilities.
I want to use the machine, but another person's clothes are in there even though the cycle ended.
We advise all our customers to have courtesy for others and take their clothing ASAP once their washing/drying cycle has ended. However, in unfortunate cases if you are waiting for a machine and the previous customer hasn't removed the clothes even after their cycle ended, we suggest waiting 5 - 10 more minutes before removing their clothes and placing them into the baskets provided. Please be aware that it is under your own discretion if you decide to move their clothes.
Is there a pet exclusive machine?
Unfortunately, we don't support pet accessories as they can ruin the machines and as a result contaminate other people's clothing. We apologise for the inconvenience.
